Finding Ferry and Travel on the Isle of Wight

Being an island, visitors can enjoy a short ferry ride across the Solent to the Isle of Wight. You can travel from Lymington, Southampton or Portsmouth. These ferry rides vary from 10-60 minutes! Travel as a foot-passenger or with the car.

There are various ways of getting to the Isle of Wight. If you are not bringing the car, why not travel down by train or coach? There's a good network of local transport here, or you could grab a taxi. Want to see the sights? The open top 'sight-seeing' buses are a great way of getting about.
