Our Locals' Tip: The countryside view from the top of the garden and the main restaurant is a real feature...
The Blacksmith's Arms is a traditional family-run Freehouse with an Island-wide reputation for excellent food and drink.
The pub is located in the heart of the Isle of Wight just outside the village of Carisbrooke.
The pub is more than 400 years old and benefits from panoramic views stretching across miles of open countryside to the Western Solent.
You can even enjoy these breathtaking views whilst sampling our menu in the restaurant.
We have an extensive a la carte menu and daily specials board with locally caught fresh seafood to include crab, lobster, shellfish and fish.
There is also a vegetarian menu and children's menu.
Our wines are selected from around the world and we keep a good selection of continental beers and real ales, which of course include our local Isle of Wight breweries.
Dogs are welcome and there is a children's play area and parents patio.
Open all year, 11.00am-11.00pm licensed for functions until 2.00am. Food served from 12noon until 9
