How to get there
How to get to Istanbul Aviation Museum in Yesilkoy:
From Taksim: Take the funicular to Kabatas. From there take the T-1 tram to Eminonu/Sirkeci.
From Sultanahmet: Reach Sirkeci Railway Station either by walking or taking the T-1 Tram.
From Sirkeci Railway Station, take the suburban train in the direction of Halkali. (Stop:Yesilkoy) Trains depart approximately every 20 minutes.

The Istanbul Aviation (Air Force) Museum documents aviation history in Turkey. The Museum’s extensive collection in spread over 15,000 square metres with both covered and outdoor sections.
On display are a number of aircraft and defensive systems used by the Turkish Air Force including helicopters, war and cargo planes, missiles, radar, hovercrafts, and anti-aircraft artillery as well as various civilian vehicles.
The covered area contains a large collection of historical paraphernalia from Turkish Air Force History such as photographs, medals, uniforms and belongings, giving a good overview of the development of Turkish aviation through time.
There is a conference room, cafeteria with outdoor seating and a movie theatre on site for visitors' use.
Wednesday - Friday: 9am - 4pm
Weekends & Public Holidays: 9am - 5pm
Closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
Tickets: 4TL (Adults); 1.30TL (Students); 8TL (Ordinary Camera); 16TL (Photographers).
