Extremely talented oud player and composer Anouar Brahem will be playing tonight with his Trio which includes Turkish clarinet virtuoso Barbaros Erköse. The Tunisian artist’s ability with his instrument has allowed him to cross the frontiers of the North African Arab music and mix his sounds with Western styles such as jazz and french chanson. His unique combination of elements has earned him a solid reputation of being one of the most distinct artists from these Mediterranean coasts. They will be playing for two nights at Salon IKSV.
