Indie-punk rock the Raveonettes returns to Istanbul as part of their announced 2012 world tour after their recently released ‘Observator’ album. Being compared in sound to bands such as The Velvet Underground, Blonde and The Cardigans, this Danish duo’s lyrics talk about themes of death, suicide, drugs, lust and love. Sune Rose Wagner on guitar, instruments, and vocals, and Sharin Foo on bass, guitar and vocals return to Istanbul to give Hipsters a treat with their full on attitude and gloom. Today the Raveonettes will be presenting their set at Salon IKSV.
