
	Hornbill Lodge Overview Hornbill Lodge and Legends is situated on the banks of the Magalies River, close to the Magaliesberg Mountain Range. The lodge is certainly in the luxury category, as is the cuisine. Hornbill is definitely worth a stop over for a least a night. Hornbill Lodge Accommodation: Hornbill Lodge has 6 spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms, with all the necessary facilities, including a bathroom en suite and DSTV. What is also very nice is that French doors open onto a small patio and forest, overlooking the Magalies River. There is a comfortable residents lounge which can also be booked for small conferences or seminars. To cater for both summer and winter, it has both air-conditioning and a big fireplace for the colder winter days. Lodge Accommodation available: 1 Suite with King-size Bed (Honeymoon suite) 1 Family suite, double bed and two singles 4 Suites with 2 ¾ beds each Hospitality trays with kettle, coffee and tea are available in each suite, but for the guests requiring a little more pampering there is exquisite Room Service. Hornbill Lodge Location: Hornbill lodge is ideally positioned at approximately 1 hour away from both Johannesburg and Pretoria, so that it is not too far away for travel into the business centres. On the other hand it is is far enough away to make you feel that you are in a distant holiday resort, far away from the hustle and bustle of modern civilization.
