
	Peech Hotel Overview The Peech Hotel is a boutique hotel that opened its doors in 2005. It is located in the upscale neighborhood of Melrose, which is in the north of the city. O.R. Tambo International Airport (formerly Johannesburg International Airport) is 35 minutes by car and when the new Gautrain station is completed, the hotel will be a short five minutes from it. The city’s business hub of Sandton is 10 minutes by car and Rosebank is five minutes by car. The Peech Hotel is all about protecting the environment and our fragile ecosystem. From the guest rooms to the laundry, this hotel uses solar water heating and grey water recycling is re-used for irrigation. Motion sensors switch lighting on and off, and ecological cleaning agents are used throughout the hotel. The hotel uses herbs grown in its own garden or other locally grown ingredients. Water-saving and efficient measures are in use throughout the hotel. Cans, glass, paper, and cardboard products are recycled. Double insulation that reduces heat in the summer and prevents heat-loss in the winter is utilized. You can be assured that your stay here will have a minimal effect on the ecosystem as you pass through. Peech Hotel Accommodation: The Peech Hotel offers 16 bedrooms that fall in the categories of luxury rooms, a business suite, or luxury suites. All rooms include breakfast, unlimited WiFi access, air conditioning, iPod SoundDocks, “raindance” showers, and Molton Brown amenities. The business suite includes a separate working office and the luxury suite has spacious rooms. A luxury suite also contains a hanging bubble chair for relaxation. For a nominal fee, you can also have access to the gym next door. Peech Hotel Facilities: Bistro @ The Peech has a menu of light, seasonal dishes and is open seven days a week serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. As you dine at the Bistro, you will have a view of the swimming pool and verdant gardens. Outside guests are welcome. Peech Hotel Location: The Peech Hotel has a boardroom that seats up to 18 and is fully equipped for your meeting needs. The facilities here are ideal for a small conference or event gathering. The hotel has an extremely industrious staff that can help deliver your events and ensure success. The staff here outnumbers the guests 2 to 1, and they are anxious to make introductions to you. There is also a swimming pool, a library, and a doctor on call.
