Naibor Rooms:

The tents have high peaked roofs, king-sized beds made from local woods, and in Little Naibor sleek wooden floors. The verandahs have day beds with upholstered cushions. All of the tents have private bathrooms equipped with a flush toilet and a “safari shower”. The main camp has seven tents (5 doubles and 2 twins), arranged to give guests beautiful views of the woods with the Talek River below and a private getaway. Little Naibor has two large tented suites, each with its own fireplace and private dining area. Each has a double room and a twin room with their own private bathroom. There is a communal lounge and a verandah.

Naibor Restaurants & Bars:

Meals are generally served in the “Mess Tent”. Dinner is served at a communal table. Before dinner, guests can enjoy a drink in front of a campfire or while lounging on comfortable sofas. Breakfast and lunch are often served outdoors along the river. Private dinners can be arranged upon request at no additional cost. The meals incorporate fresh local ingredients and cuisine is Western. Bush breakfasts can be arranged, and the camp can provide lunch for day excursions. Guests in Little Naibor have their own private staff, and can dine privately there.

Naibor Facilities:

The camp has canvas-topped Land Cruisers for game drives, which are led by accredited drivers/guides. Guests can choose from early morning and late afternoon drives, or take an all day drive with a picnic lunch provided by the camp. Guests staying in Little Naibor have exclusive use of the vehicle, whilst guests staying in main Naibor may request this, at an additional cost, it does depend on availability. Guests can also visit a Masai village outside of the reserve. Hot air balloon safaris can be arranged for guests who are willing to get up early, and also walking safaris outside of the Reserve; both of these have an additional charge. There is a bar in the mess tent. A spa offers manicures, pedicures and a variety of massage treatments. There is a small shop with a good range of gifts and locally made souvenirs. The camp has mobile phone coverage (using Safaricom) and wi-fi in the main mess tent. Please note that guests are not permitted to use mobile phones or any electronic devices whilst on game drives. The camp has solar-powered electricity with a generator for back up.

Naibor has established a Community & Conservation Fund which works with the local Masai community to promote social development and Narok County Council on conservation projects within the Reserve.
