LAICO Regency Hotel Rooms:

The rooms are air-conditioned, with in-room email, televisions, and play stations for guests’ use. Deluxe Singles have a large bed and a seating area. Deluxe Doubles have two beds and a seating area. Executive Suites have an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Guests in the executive and deluxe suites have access to the Regency Executive Club for executive business travelers.

En-suite bathrooms have a shower, bidet, a hair dryer, and a shaving mirror. Guests can lounge in hotel-supplied bathrobes. The rooms also have telephones and voice mail.

LAICO Regency Hotel Restaurants & Bars:

There are a number of casual eateries. Roberto’s has pizzas, home-made ice cream, and a bar. Eat a salad or snack at the Panorama Pool deck, or on Sundays, enjoy a barbeque lunch buffet while listening to live music. The Atrium Garden Restaurant takes advantage of one of the hotel’s unique features, and serves lunch and dinner from an international menu. For lighter fare, the Royal Terrace Coffee Shop has a variety of snacks and coffee drinks, and is open for extended hours. For a fancier evening, take the elevator to the 13th floor, for The Summit, a French restaurant with a panoramic view of Nairobi, where you can smoke a cigar while enjoying live piano music. 24-hour room service is available. If you are hosting an event at the hotel, outside catering is also an option.

All of the hotel guests receive a complimentary shoe shine service, and are greeted with free juice and mineral water when they arrive. Try your luck at the five-star casino, or shop in the shopping arcade, complete with beauty salon. Swim in the all-weather outdoor heated swimming pool, or visit the gym to unwind in the Jacuzzi, lounge in a steam bath or work out. (The gym has separate facilities for men and women.) If you are on a business trip, take advantage of the business centre, large and small meeting rooms (including the Crystal Ballroom), or onsite internet access. In-house electronic safes, laundry, and dry cleaning are available to guests. The hotel offers airport transportation and a city shuttle, at an extra charge. Free outdoor or underground parking is available to guests. The hotel staff speaks English, French, and German.
