Fed up of sitting in a 4x4 all day? Want to take part in, or watch some live sporting action? Well take a look at what Kenya has to offer. There are many sports clubs and centres throughout the country.

Also look in our Country Club section under accommodation, as many of these elite establishments have fantastic faciliies for sports (tennis, golf, squash etc). Although most are private members clubs, you can often join as a temporary member if visiting, or stay there and membership is included.
