Silver Beach

Silver Beach has fine, white soft sand and clear waters, it is protected from the elements on both sides by jungle toped hills, and mountains.
its located is just north of Lamai and 10 minutes south of Chaweng. Directly on the ring road, it's perfect for easy pick and up drop off from passing Songthaew's and other forms of transport.
There are some lovely budget and mid-range accommodation offerings here, although it is limited as the beach is relatively small.
There are 3 or 4 little beachfront bar restaurants, for hotel guests and visitors alike.
Plenty of big shady trees to park under and take a snooze.
The only negative side for some, might be the amount of boulders around in the water. For most is not a problem and there are plenty of clear spots for a swim and you can maneuver around them.
We love enjoying the beach for a morning swim.
