The hotel has eighty luxury guestrooms, including five two-room suites with private bathrooms. The remaining seventy-five rooms are furnished as double rooms, which also have private bathrooms. The double rooms can be rented as singles at a reduced rate. The rooms are all air-conditioned and soundproofed, and are secured with electronic locks. The rooms have direct telephones, internet access, and satellite televisions. The rooms have mini-bars. The décor is somewhat traditional, with warm, soft colors. The rooms have desks and small seating areas. Extra beds are available for an additional charge. Two of the rooms are designed to accommodate disabled guests. Flowers and daily newspapers can be provided upon request; additional charges may apply.

Wedding packages are available. The Crystal Spa offers a Moroccan-style hammam, Turkish baths, a Finnish sauna, massages, and a variety of beauty treatments. The hotel offers laundry and ironing services. The staff can arrange sightseeing and tickets to various entertainment options for guests.
