The interior at Min Jiang is fantastically bright, with masses of natural daylight flooding in through the tall windows, which afford breathtaking views over London's skyline, thanks to the restaurant's location on the 10th floor of the hotel. The furnishing is crisp and modern, the lighting is intimate and innovative, the colours are bright and the decadence is immense. All diners receive the finest service imaginable, while the stylish bar area is a great place in which to unwind with an exotic cocktail either pre or post-dining.

Now, on to the cuisine at Min Jiang. All dishes are prepared in an authentic manner, where traditional cooking techniques are used in every creation, as are only the very finest and freshest ingredients. Some of the best Chinese dishes are served, with specials including the Dim Sum, a spicy sichuan and Beijing duck cooked in a traditional duck oven, the sauteed king prawns with dried chilli, the braised whole abalone with shiitake mushrooms, pan fried lobster with pepper and chilli, the sliced pork with chinese leek and chilli, the roasted chicken with sesame and the braised beancurd with minced chicken in a sichuan sauce.
