London

World Fusion

The brainchild of Noel Hunwick and Danny Potter, inamo was dreamt up when the young entrepreneurs were unable to catch the attention of their waiting staff.

As the world's first interactive dining service, inamo is a revolutionary brand. With e-tables instead of paper menus, customers pick and choose by using the interactive tables. Screensavers, dishes, drinks and more are projected onto the table from above allowing you to flick through images of what's on offer as well as the option to change your table cloth or play games like battleships.

The restaurant is an idyllic blend of sleek, modern furnishings and low, soft lighting. The décor is reminiscent of a luxury desert hideaway with bamboo dividers and water features trickling gently down the walls surrounded by a luscious bed of foliage. With its buzzing atmosphere and creative flair, inamo makes for a fun and exciting dining experience.

Head chef Sean Marshall and his team whip up gastronomic delights in no time - you can even watch them at work on the kitchen-cam. Influenced by Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Korean and more, the seasonal menu has been refined to perfection and moulded to suit its customers' taste. Dine on delicious dim sum or spicy miso and yuzu salmon. A My Guide favourite, why not try the lightly friend black cod soaked in spicy miso with a devilishly crunchy caramelised topping, served with pickled ginger stem and a generous squeeze of lime? For a classic option, give the duck in pancakes a try or the Malaysian spiced noodles. If that wasn't enough, the sumptuous desserts include a creamy vanilla crème brulee, homemade ice cream or a homemade sorbet. To take a full look at the mouth-watering menu, click here.

No meal is complete without some refreshment - and inamo can't help but please. Fully loaded with international beers, cocktails, wines and sakes there's something for everyone; enjoy a tangy Boon Kriek beer or sip on a hot Akashi-Tai Honjozo Genshu sake.

After your meal has ended, the fun doesn't stop there. Using the interactive table you can browse the surrounding area for another club or bar to move on to next, call a taxi or simply check out your bill.

There are two restaurants, one on the bustling Lower Regent Street and another in trendy Soho.
