Heading up My Destination Madrid - Daniel Camiroaga

Daniel Camiroaga was born and raised in Madrid. Having got his law degree at the University of Madrid, he then went on to get a couple of Masters Degrees in International Company Management and International Trading. Inevitably this left Daniel eager to work in an international business atmosphere with a multi-national company and he was fortunate enough to be employed by a huge Japanese trading company (Sogo Shosha). Daniel considers this to have been one of his most favored professional experiences, since it allowed him to travel the world, all five continents and constantly meet with interesting people from different origins, cultures and countries. Since then Daniel has been involved in various sales management areas in different fields: from publishing house, to gambling manufacturers, from the car industry to technology and IT business.

On a personal level, Daniel is happily married with a great family and is considered to be a bit of a crazy sportsman as he loves to run marathons, practice triathlons and trains and teaches a form of urban self-defense!

After discovering MyDestination.com, Daniel instantly recognized the opportunity to combine his passion of travelling and meeting new people along with his love for his mother town of Madrid. Daniel is excited to get started and believes he’ll be able to draw upon his past travelling experience to help people visiting Madrid enjoy it as the inhabitants do and guide them through the charming town that never sleeps.
