
	Es Ratxo Hotel and Spa Overview Newly opened in March 2008, the five star Es Ratxo became the new standard for quality rural hotels in Mallorca. The estate traces its origins back to the 12th or 13th century in the Islamic era, when the Moors constructed a farmstead here. Es Ratxo (from the original Arabic name Arratxa) was steadily developed over the centuries and the old buildings have today been transformed into a modern, luxury hotel in exquisite natural surroundings. Es Ratxo Hotel and Spa Rooms: The guest rooms at Es Ratxo are all unique, spacious, comfortable and beautifully furnished with antique pieces while offering excellent modern facilities. All rooms have their own terrace or private garden where you can enjoy breakfast, or simply relax. Available rooms range from singles, through doubles, superior doubles, junior suites to the Condal, Ducal, and Royal suites. The rooms are all equipped with air conditioning, heating, beds with comfortable latex mattresses, cupboards with safe deposit, mini bar, LCD TV, telephone, hair dryer, bathrobe and slippers, and a private bathroom. The higher end suites include a comfortable living room and private pool, the Ducal suite additionally has a jacuzzi, and the Royal suite adds a sauna bath, and a summer bed on the terrace to its list of luxuries. Es Ratxo Hotel and Spa Restaurants & Bars: The Sa Porxada breakfast room serves a splendid buffet breakfast, enhanced by sweeping views of the valley below, and the Summer bar near the outdoor pool offers an informal menu, perfect for lunches and snacks without leaving the pool area. The gourmet Sa Tafona restaurant in the restored 16th century oil pressing room serves quality cuisine prepared in the Mediterranean tradition, and carefully selected wines are on offer to complement the chef's creations. Es Ratxo Hotel and Spa Facilities: It's difficult to think of any facility that Es Ratxo has not thought of - if you do, the helpful staff will no doubt conjure it up in no time.
