
	Monnàber Vell Overview This historic estate of 160 hectares, 40 of which are under cultivation, can trace its origins back to at least 1236, when it is first mentioned in notarial documents. The little group of buildings cuddle together in a pretty valley in the foothills of the Tramuntana mountains which edge Mallorca's west coast. Monnàber Vell is very much an active farm with almond, carob, olive and fig trees under cultivation, and grazing for sheep. It's a delightfully quiet place, but the main road network is just a few kilometres away, giving convenient access to all parts of the island. Monnàber Vell Rooms: The eleven rooms and suites at Monnàber Vell have all been individually created by combining the original characteristics with modern technology and comfort. The four double rooms are spacious at between 24 and 30 m² while the six junior suites have hydro-massage baths and range between 32 and 40 m². The largest guest accommodation is the 115 m² Gran Suite, with a spacious living and sleeping area, a small separate bedroom, a double bathtub, and a separate shower. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating, plasma TV, telephone, safe, mini bar, bathrobes and hair dryer, while some have additional sofa beds. Monnàber Vell Restaurants & Bars: Morning breakfast is a buffet of both hot and cold dishes with a wide range of coffees and teas. Light lunches feature a choice of pastas, salads, pa amb oli, among other dishes. In the evening, guests have a choice of two different menus, each with three dishes. Monnàber Vell Facilities: The greatest facilities at Monnàber Vell are peace, quiet, privacy, and the delightful setting. Travellers also mention the high quality service and friendly staff.
