Villa Singala Hotel

My daughter and I wanted a short break in Puerto Pollensa and found the delightful Villa Singala hotel on the Internet. We received a warm welcome from Josep, the manager (I had previously emailed him re parking and his reply was immediate) and we found all the staff to be friendly and helpful. Incidentally, parking right outside the front door was possible at all times. We had booked two single rooms but only one was available so poor me had to have a double - at no extra cost! The rooms are spotless and the bedding and furnishings fresh and colourful. Air conditioning was extremely efficient and my bathroom was roomy. All the facilities you could possiby want are available in the rooms e.g. tea/coffee making, fridge and safe. Location could not be better - less than a minute from the sea front and there was never any trouble with noise either from inside or outside the hotel. Taking breakfast on the outside terrace was a delight and unlike some hotels, the food was not whipped away once the allotted time arrived. The hotel is such a lovely place to return to after a busy day exploring the island. We cannot think of any negatives and we will be back - hopefully sooner rather than later! ..... from TripAdvisor.
