Palma Sightseeing Bus
Mallorca
The Palma de Mallorca sightseeing bus is a great way to see the city because you can hop on and off the buses (at the stops of course!) as many times as you like as long as the ticket is valid.
These distinctively liveried open top buses operate every 20 minutes between 16 stops all over the city. It's a year-round service, although the operating hours do vary slightly with the seasons. (10h00 to 18h00 Nov to Feb, 10h00 to 22h00 Jun to mid-Sep, 10h00 to 20h00 otherwise)
The full itinerary takes 1 hour 20 minutes and free headphones are available, with commentary in 8 languages. The regular fare, valid for the whole day, is 15.00 Euros, children (8 to 16) and seniors are half price, and we understand (now confirmed by roving reporters Amanda and Carole) that Palma residents can use the service free of charge. Residents of other parts of Mallorca also qualify for a large discount.
Discounts are available at other places by showing your Palma sightseeing bus ticket - for example, the Poble Espanyol give a whopping 50%. We'll add others as we discover them.
The full list of stops is as follows:
