
	Razzett tal-Barba and Taz-Zija Farmhouses Overview The Taz-Zija and Razzett tal-Barba Farmhouses are two charmingly converted accommodations owned by the same proprietor. Both of these Gozo farmhouses are located in Gharb in the west of the island with some of Gozo's most scenic countryside. Taz-Zija Farmhouse was built recently and is a rustic house. Spread out over three floors this property offers a comfortable and welcoming setting. The swimming pool and barbeque area also make the Taz-Zija Farmhouse an ideal place to take full advantage of Malta’s hot summer months. A couple of terraces found on the second floor of the farmhouse offer beautiful panoramic views of the Gozitan countryside and Mediterranean sea. Taz-Zija farmhouse sleeps up to 9 persons. Razzett tal-Barba is a very old farmhouse which was recently renovated into an attractive and practical property. The proprietors have kept many of the original features of the farmhouse including a very large mill room with very big arches. This main imposing room of Razzett tal-Barba was converted into a kitchen, dining and sitting room. The farmhouse is situated in an alley within a very quiet area of the Gharb. It is near the village church, supermarket, local restaurants and bus stop. Razzett tal-Barba and Taz-Zija Farmhouses Accommodation: The Taz-Zija Farmhouse consists of an entrance, a double bedroom with ensuite, guest’s toilet and shower on the ground floor. This are complemented by a spacious kitchen/dining/living overlooking the swimming pool and barbeque area. On the first floor you will find a living area overlooking the pool, a double bedroom with ensuite also overlooking the pool, a washroom, a single bedroom and another two single bedrooms with ensuite and balcony (overlooking the street). Onto the second floor you will find two single bedrooms with ensuite and two terraces overlooking the countryside (including the landmarks of Ta’ Gordan lighthouse and Ta’ Pinu church) and a beautiful panorama of the sea. Razzett tal-Barba’s bedrooms are situated on the first floor. Two bedrooms have two single beds in each room with ensuite bathroom and another bedroom with a double bed. A bathroom with a jacuzzi is also found on this floor. Up one floor and you’ll find another bedroom with ensuite bathroom and two single beds plus a terrace from where to enjoy some lovely country views. The main lvining room on the ground floor overlooks a swimming pool, has a practical fully-equipped kitchen plus a television with DVD player.
