Malta Hotels - 4 star Accommodation

There is a good variety of 4 star hotels in Malta. Some of those built in the 80s and 90s occupycoastal land with fantastic grounds. Alternatively, for more convenience, a few lovely boutique hotels in town centres are also popular.

It is also important to do some research when booking a 4 star hotel in Malta. The type of facilities offered are all pretty similar (it is what the star rating is based upon). However, the quality of these facilities can vary greatly. If you are looking for a remote option in the north of the island than there are a couple of lovely options with vast grounds, multiple pools and even their own private beach and rooms with panoramic sea views. Alternatively, modern boutique 4 star hotels in the Sliema and St Julian's area offer convenience if you are looking to be close to the entertainment hub of Malta. A compromise (smaller hotels but with sea views and still centrally located) are those situated on the Gzira seafront. Gozo also has its fair share of 4 star hotels with options varying from the tourists hotspots of Xlendi and Marsalforn to other inland accommodation with charming country views.
