Grill 3301 Overview

Grill 3301 is a relatively new restaurant within the Corinthia portfolio but it has already earned its stripes gaining a loyal local following and high praise by foreign patrons. Opened in Spring 2009, the Grill 3301 is situated within the Corinthia Hotel St. George's Bay Hotel and is a restaurant all about fine Mediterranean living.

Fresh fish and prime cuts of meat are grilled to perfection. Imaginative pasta dishes with the freshest of ingredients are served al dente. Divine desserts will have you licking your fork. Wines at Grill 3301 are also very well taken care of with a high-tech dispensing system offering eight quality varieties by the glass. All major old and new world wine regions are very well represented.

Terrace Lounge (open May - Sep)

Grill 3301’s rooftop open-air Terrace Lounge restaurant is a great addition for those who prefer to dine al fresco during Malta’s prolonged summer months. With delicious seafood and meat platters and inviting barbeque aromas, dining under the stars has something special about it that is the epitome of enjoying the Maltese lifestyle.

Service at the Grill 3301 and the Terrace Lounge is second to none by seasoned and gracious staff. The sea and bay views, whether from the rooftop Terrace Lounge or the panoramic windows across the Grill 3301, are simply beautiful.
