Kid’s Yoga workshop

Open to children ages 6 to 12 years

A fabulous fun Yoga day for kids.

In this workshop, children will participate in Yoga-based games, practise breathing exercises, formal Yoga poses, positive thinking and experiencing visualization for relaxation in order to become familiar with this ancient form of wellness in a fun and non-competitive environment.

The children will be guided in a creative eating exercise, encouraging optimal food choices. Making and tasting a healthy dessert together.

The day has an upbeat attitude and allows for freedom of expression in a supportive atmosphere.

Time: 11.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m., Saturday April 2, 2011

Place: Bahia Dorada, Estepona

Price: 25.00 (40.00 € for 2 children, siblings). Healthy lunch included. Number limited to 9, booking required.
