
	Suite del Mar Overview Suite del Mar is now closed and will re-open for Summer 2012! Suite del Mar on the Golden Mile in Marbella calls itself a chiringuito but it is by no means like the other rough and ready chiringuitos along Marbella beach. The venue is part of the Puente Romano hotel, set half on the beach and half under shelter and is one of the coolest spots for both lunch, dinner and late night partying with some of the best DJs in Europe. The outside area is split into a chic dining area and a chill out zone with sofas and beds for lazing under the sun while the indoor lounge and dining area transforms into a club after dinner with music lights and entertainment. Bright colours adorn the walls, cushions and umbrellas giving you that summer feeling as soon as you step into the stunning venue. The lunch menu is varied and consists of fresh fish catch of the day, rice and noodle dishes, seafood and meat dishes, sushi and pizzas as well as a dessert buffet which is all served under a cooling mist. As the sun sets this is the perfect place to relax sipping on a cocktail or suck on a sheesha pipe and the fresh, diverse menu is sure to please everybody on your table. Starters include Lobster and crab tower with tropical fruits and lime dressing; traditional charcoal grilled sardines; and beef sirloin carpaccio with foie gras while the mix of fish and meat dishes for the main course as well as a sushi menu have your mouth watering as you read the menu. Once dinner has been served the DJ turns the tunes up a little louder and the party carries on late into the night.
