 Morelli's Puerto Banus OverviewMorelli's, located in the front line of Puerto Banus, has recently undergone a refurbishment and is now open with a brand new look and brand new menu. The décor is light and elegant with a large terraced lounge area at the front of the restaurant for guests to sit and sip a cocktail or two while watching the world go by, while the interior of the restaurant has a large bar and seating area for diners to enjoy the menu. With fresh, local ingredients used, the menu is an international mix with dishes from all over the world including a selection of delicious hot and cold tapas that can be enjoyed throughout the day. Open from 10am, breakfast will be a choice of continental, English and Belgian and for lunch and dinner you could have a quick bite in the terrace lounge or something a bit more substantial inside. It's one of the few places in the port where you can have a bite to eat late at night without having to sit down for a full dinner. Perfect for the start of a big night out or to celebrate as a large group.

Hi! I chose morellis because of the great reviews here so thought since i went on the advice of the others i had better leave one myself! We came three nights out of our week long trip in Puerto Banus and thoroughly enjoyed every visit, attentive yet non obtrusive staff and great quality food every time! I can only reccommend the house special 'Penne Chilli Steak Morellis' as i enjoyed it so much the first time i couldn't order anything else! My husband had lamb, fillet steak and seabass and also was very impressed by all three! If your in Puerto Banus and want a great meal for a very very reasonable price don't pass Morellis! Im looking forward to enjoying the food in the new decor next year! Thank you all at Morellis! Karen xxx

Hi there, i just wanted to leave a quick review about Morellis as i this is the reason i tried it! We have just arrived back in the cold and wintery UK after a week in Marbella, we went to Puerto Banus most nights and to Morellis restaurant after reading the fabulous reviews here and on Trip Advisor. All i can say is that its simply great! In london we have a massive choice of great restaurants but i can safely say that the food we had in Morelli's rivalled all! Including starred restaurants! Im not easy pleased, and do like to give feedback if something isn't up to scratch which is usually like water off a ducks back! But, i mentioned to the owner of Morellis that i didn't like using the same fork for my steak is i used for my delicate prawn cocktail! (Petty i know) Hey Presto, the very next night when we returned and the owner was taking my order he expressed his dissapointment as i didn't order the cocktail, i aksed why? He then presented me with the new fork! Small things go a long way! Sorry for rambling, thats me finished now! EVERYONE who visits the Port MUST try this restaurant! GREAT FOOD, GREAT WINE, and warm friendly service! See you soon guys xx

August 2011 Good Food & Value In Puerto Banus!

As most people instantly find out when they arrive in Puerto Banus, It's expensive! I don't mind occasionally paying over the odds for things when im on my holidays but when you consistantly pay too much for below average goods and services it gets tiresome! Example=Puerto Banus! Thankfully we found Morelli's on our second night, simply a great place! Primeraly the quality of food, Every dish we tried over the four nights here was simply amazing! Accompanied by non intrusive service and a nice vibe, it was a great find! With a sensible bill at the end! I would recommend the Argentinean Beef and fish of the day (Seabass & Bacaloa on my visit, i thinks thats Cod in english!! And also for the first time in my life, the HOUSE wine! Thank all you guys so much, see you next time in the refurbished restaurant you told me about! PS Don't change the food!! Michael

Dined here 4 out of 10 nights, and thats only because we were half board in our hotel! Fantastic food, wine and service. After having visited Morellis for 4 out of our 10 days in Marbella I can honestly say the other four restaurants we tried did not compare. We found ourselves discussing why we just hadn't gone to Morellis before even finishing our main courses in the others. The food, the friendly and non obtrusive service and friendly young owner made each night a pleasure. See you in September EVERY night we eat out! Keep the round table for us!!

My husband and I have just returned from a week in Marbella. Before hand I had seen morellis advertised on the net and was keen to track it down after reading the reviews. We were not disappointed. The food was amazing and the staff were fantastic and really helpful and attentive. We are both hospitality assessors so eating out is a bit of a busmans holiday for us.... but we both agree it was one of the best meals we have had. My husband would happily jump on a flight right now for another Morelli steak!
It was definately one of the highlights of our 1st trip to Marbella. Anyone going should definately eat here. Great price too. Can´t praise it enough.

After coming to our apartment for a long weekend the news broke that a volcanic ash cloud had caused all flights returning to Scotland to be cancelled, this was not all bad news though, as a result we found Morellis. The best food we have had in the port for over 3 years since we have been coming here, great service and a welcoming young owner. Thank you so much and see you again very soon.

just back from four days in Puerto Banus and we luckily discovered morellis on our second night because even though we tried other restaurants, nothing compared, so back we went. The food was fantastic all six of us agreed, which is a first, the service was great, the waiter could not have been more attentive, and we had a laugh with the owners. We will be back in September and wont eat anywhere else. You have to go.

Having been to Morelli's in April 09 I must admit it was my 'first port of call' when I arrived again last week. Could hardly wait for my second experience of the 'Kerry Lamb' and it didn't disappoint. The menu had new dishes with another fabulous starter 'Goats Cheese with bean salad' . . to die for!! Staff super friendly as usual. Can't wait for my next holiday!

We had a fantastic meal in morellis this week but missed out on the 5 star rating only because there wasn't much atmosphere. I may be being harsh as there wasn't much atmosphere anywhere (maybe somthing to do with the thunder storm outside!) Food great, wine great, service great, walk home awfull! If you are in Puerto Banus and aren't into below average pizza or getting ripped off, try Morellis. Four of us had a two course meal, 2 bottles of good red and was 140 euros plus a healthy tip. At 35 euros a head you won´t find better in Banus and you wont be disappointed.

I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys their food! I had the Irish Lamb both nights as it was so tasty. Give this one a try.

I use these sites quite often when travelling as I don't like paying for rubbish in appealing surroundings, I think its always better to have sort of reccommendation. I don't usually take the time to do it myself but as I use the info from others thought it was time to play my part! Morelli's in Puerto Banus was a great find, good food at sensible prices in Banus is scarce to say the least! I travel to Marbella 3-4 times a year and usually make an effort to taxi in-land to more 'locals' spots but if you are on a night out, being stuck 15 minutes drive from the action isn't that appealing! I like good food and good wine and also like to think I know a bit about both and I can say Morelli's does it for me on both! My work here is done, if you get a chance enjoy a meal here try 'vina consolacion'!!

Having visited many restaurants in the port over the years, both prior to and since having a family, I have to say there has never been a better evening for us. Before kids, fine food and wine were a pre-requisite to a good night out, since they arrived chicken dippers and bad spaghetti ruled. A quality meal in a lovely restaurant allways seemed dangerous - at Morrellis we had a great family meal of the very highest quality - the staff were superb with our 3 kids and allowed my wife and I to have a truly mouth watering meal at out own pace. The most relaxing and enjoyable evening of our holiday. The trick is to get there early if you have a family with you - you will not be disappointed.

I'm not usually one for checking out reviews for places to stay or eat but did this trip and am glad I did! Firstly a thank you to marbellainfo for a user friendly and informative site and another thanks to them for helping me find Morellis! I was only in Puerto Banus for 3 days and for the 2 I spent at Morellis I was very well fed and watered! Great spot. When I arrived I was sceptical about the reviews as the restaurant was empty but when I finished my meal the only thing that puzzled me was why it was empty? But when I think about it everywhere was! Great food and service, recommended to all! Thank you to Morellis and marbellainfo, I will be visiting you both again soon!

December 2009 Surprising!
As we walked along the front of a very quiet Puerto Banus just last week we were approached by a very energetic young lady trying to convince us to try the food at Morellis, we don't usually like that approach but as the port was so quiet we thought we would give it a go! And after our meal we were very glad we did! Fantastic food and wine, we returned 3 out of the 4 nights we had left and had just as an enjoyable experience as the first night! Thank you to all the staff at Morellis, see you next time!

Just back from a week in Puerto Banus. We tried this restaurant on the first night and the food was so good we just found ourselves returning every night. Each dish we ordered was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff were all very friendly
especially Silvano, the charming Irish/Italian owner. Great wines too.

We?ve been coming to Marbella for years and usually never eat in Puerto Banus as most restaurants are over priced with sub standard food, but now we have found this one we?ll be back more than once each time we visit marbella. Great food, sensible prices, really friendly staff and above all great wines!!!

Best italian food i've had in puerto banus and been going there for years, reasonably priced with nice feel and atmosphere. We went on a Thursday and a Saturday, both nights had live music which was well above average! Will definately be back.
