Tempora Restaurant
Marbella
Best to park in the underground and walk as street parking is a bit tricky here!
Tempora restaurant is located in Marbella Old Town and is known by locals as a bit of a hidden gem.
With a name that is translated as 'seasonal products', the owner Andrés Perdiguero and young chef Aldo Espinosa, who studied at Le Cordon Bleu school in Lima, Peru with experience in the best kitchen in Peru and Spain wanted to ensure their dishes were made with seasonal, fresh and high-quality ingredients. Their mantra is 'always seasonal, always fresh' and they visit the market each day to source the best ingredients for their internationally inspired flavours, innovative amuse bouches, daily specials and creative menu. Their menu always includes premium meats, fresh seafood and seasonal side dishes, so there's always going to be something for you.
They are inspired at the beginning of each season to create new dishes that tempt the tastebuds to ensure the best flavour, texture and colour on the plate, and whilst the menu isn't extensive, there is always a dish that will be right up your street! They've even got a fantastic wine menu with the finest Spanish wines too.
