Elki Palki is a recommended Russian restaurant located on the famous Arbat Street, just two minutes away from Old Arbat Street – the most touristic area of Moscow. Elki Palki’s charming interior is styled like a traditional Russian village-house. This is complete with a yard and wooden fence.

Elki Palki serves all the traditional Russian dishes from an extensive buffet that is served on a suggestive old wooden cart. The choice of food is extensive with a large variety of traditional salads and pickles, to marinated mushrooms, meat and buckwheat – basically anything you are likely to try at any Russian home party. The menu also serves dishes from the grill.

As is custom with Moscow’s locals, you can take your time with your meal and really enjoy the feast. Here you get genuine home Russian cuisine and can spend the whole evening eating from the buffet and drinking vodka in the company of good friends.
