The Chicago Prime Steakhouse is a new restaurant that opened its doors in September 2010 in central Moscow. The best classic American steaks are served by knowledgeable chefs complemented with fine wines from around the world and all set in a stylish interior that is both elegant and casual at the same time.

The aim of the Chicago Prime Steakhouse is to bring all the goodness of the U.S. culinary capital’s rich meat heritage on the doorstep of the Russian capital. The brainchild of the creators of the legendary Starlite Diner, pioneers of Moscow’s growing restaurant culture, the Chicago Prime Steakhouse is the result of a joint effort with Oleg Bardeev to create an exceptional restaurant concept.

The restaurant's interior reflect a casual elegant atmosphere with rich red oak panelling and warm lighting from custom made art deco chandeliers. Each element of the Chicago Prime Steakhouse interior design was carefully chosen to seamlessly complement each other.

The restaurant menu is a rich selection of gourmet dishes made from products of the highest quality and each of them carries the inimitable chef’s signature. A wide variety of steaks made from the most tender marbled beef (only classified prime category USDA is used) as well as a wide selection of fish and seafood are served. The excellent collection of wines will complement any dish.

Those seeking a livelier environment or want to enjoy a sporting event in the company of like-minded clients, have the bar restaurant at their disposal. This is an ideal place to try a wide range of branded spirits, beers and cocktails - as well as a selection of ‘Martini’ cocktails which are very popular in the U.S. but are a novelty for the Russian market.

The Chicago Prime Steakhouse is also an ideal venue for special occasions and events from formal dinners to business meetings to a romantic date or birthday celebration, whether for a small or large group. The professional restaurant staff has vast experience in organising such events and the rooms available vary from a hall with 200 seats to the private room.

WiFi is available as well as a free secured carpark. Happy Hours are between 17.00 - 20.00hrs and include 2 for the price of 1 on Martini, beer and house wine.
