The Most Cafe restaurant is located in the historic heart of Moscow overlooking Kuznetsk Most Street, where many centuries ago the Neglinka river passed through. The first private houses in Moscow where built in the area and the State Theatre is just a stone throw away.

The interiors of this legendary restaurant are as luxurious and elegant as they get and reminiscent of an old Paris Grand Cafe. You just about expect to meet the Parisian intellectuals of the 19th century whilst dining here.

The Most Cafe successfully revives the classic atmosphere of d'antan (yesteryear), which gracefully combines well-being, good taste and style. The chef's at The Most restaurant hold the delights and secrets of European, Italian and French cuisine which will have even the most discerning food connoisseurs coming back for more.

The Oyster Bar is open every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 18:30 to 20:30 in the fireplace room. Guests are invited to enjoy either one of two possibilities: a glass of champagne and three oysters (1500 rub.) or a glass of white wine and three oysters (1100 rubles).

The Most Cafe welcomes guests after theatre performances on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Régis Trigel, the Head Chef, has developed a special menu for theatre goers who want to combine the arts with gastronomy. It is customary for residents in Paris and Milan to indulge in fine food and good company after an opera and ballet. The Most keeps up this tradition in Moscow with art lovers gathering at the restaurant in expectation of meeting the theatre’s conductor, first violin and the prima donna.
