![]() French Syrnaya Dyrka OverviewRestaurant French Syrnaya Dyrka (which translates to (Cheese Hole) was launched in 2001. The concept of the restaurant is all about preparing and serving a variety of mouthwatering dishes based on cheese.
The French Syrnaya Dyrka is conveniently located on the Bolshoi Cherkassky Lane, in the heart of Moscow and near the Red Square. Cherkassky Lane is famous for its historical monuments and important buildings such as the Trading House of Knyaz Golitsyn, the House of the Moscow Merchant Society and the Shelaputin's Trading House amongst others.
The restaurant's interior has a very welcoming and French feel to it, inspiring its clients to a relaxed but elegant dining experience. Pale pastel walls, white tablecloths, antique furniture, luxurious flower arrangements and paintings in retro style create an atmosphere of romantic France. Seating possibilities range from a couch to sit in close-knit company to a small table by the window to be alone with someone you love.
The cheese. which is the base for the majority of the French restaurant's menu, is brought directly from France. Salted salmon with Shavrov cheese, scallops with Brie, Roquefort cheese soup, quiche Lorraine with bacon - just a selection from the delicious list of the restaurant's luxurious menu.
