The three-star Prinzessin Rupprecht Residenz is a lovely bed & breakfast that is located in the heart of Swakopmund. Its central location offers easy access to all of Swakopmund’s tourist attractions including desert tours, seal and dolphin cruises, museums, aquariums, dune surfing, and hot air ballooning over the Namib desert. One of the oldest hotels in Swakopmund, the property is just a 5 minute walk from the town center. The hotel itself is housed in one of Swakopmund's best known historical buildings and was built in 1901, during the period of German colonialism. It was formerly used as a hospital until the end of World War I. The hotel offers comfortable accommodations with modern conveniences and facilities.
