Sossusvlei Lodge

Sossusvlei Lodge Rooms:

Sossusvlei Lodge features 45 rooms decorated with adobe walls, tiled floors and canvas roofs. Every unit has an entrance hall and a private bathroom with a shower, a toilet, and a wash basin. Units also contain fans, wardrobes, in-room electronic safes and verandahs that are furnished with tables and chairs. The units also boast exceptional views but there are no telephones in the rooms at the lodge (they are available in the main complex). The units are not air-conditioned due to the lodge’s strict environmental standards. However, they do have rotary fans.

Sossusvlei Lodge Restaurants & Bars:

Dining options at the Sossusvlei Lodge include a restaurant that serves Namibian and international cuisine. The restaurant serves a continental or full English breakfast, a buffet or á la carte lunch, and a dinner buffet. There is also a bar that serves a variety of soft drinks, cocktails, Southern African wines, Namibian and German beers and schnapps. Complimentary teas, coffees, and water are available in the hotel’s reception area 24 hours per day. Amenities at the lodge include an adventure centre, an observation tower, a chlorinated fresh water swimming pool, a curio shop, laundry facilities, a petrol station and modern conference facilities.
