Namushasha is snuggly tucked away between the lush Eastern Caprivi vegetation on the banks of the Kwando River, overlooking a tranquil hippo pool. Exploring this magestical river and the Bwabwata National Park is the order of the day. Here is a taste of real Africa while enjoying luxurous facilities. Namushasha Country Lodge Accommodation

The lodge offers a total 27 rooms, which include 15 twin rooms 4 twin inter leading rooms, 1 family room (sleeps 4), 2 triple rooms,1 VIP room, 4 twin guide rooms

All rooms have en-suite bathrooms.

Rooms are not fitted with fans or air conditioners.

Our Lodge is unfortunately not well-suited for guests in wheelchairs.

The camp site offers 16 camp sites on lawn with own B-B-Q and ablution block - cold & hot running water. No electricity on campsites.

1 x Lapa with thatched roof, gas cooking facilities.

The lodge offers a swimming pool, bar, restaurant, curio shop, sundowner deck and a relaxing lounge.

Special prior arrangement can be made for Honeymooners, anniversaries and birthdays - private dinners, snack baskets and cakes.

Generated electricity available until 22h00.

Credit card facilities available: Master & Visa and most European cards

Guests chartering by plane to the lodge have to make prior arrangements for an pick-up at the airstrip.

Activities:

Boat trips on the Kwando River.

Nature / Game drive - cross the river by boat into the Bwabwata National Park and explore the area on custom built 4x4 vehicles with the possibility to see abundant Elephant, Buffalo, Giraffe, Zebra and more plains game (seasonal).

Fishing - spinning for species such as Nembwe, Pike, Catfish, Tiger fish can be arranged on request.

Guided or Non-guided hiking trails available to guests who want to explore the surroundings on foot.

Stargazing on request.
