
	Ohtel Overview The Ohtel is located in Wellington’s exclusive Oriental Bay neighbourhood. The hotel is striking because it is a four storey structure that has been built into the base of a cliff face. The hotel’s furnishings are unique mid-century pieces. This boutique hotel distinguishes itself from the competition by emphasising bathrooms as the focal point of each room/apartment. Guests will delight at the unique collectible items displayed throughout the hotel and guest rooms. There are 10 guest rooms. Leisure facilities/activities include a wellness room and therapeutic massages on site. Ohtel Rooms: Bathrooms are the focal point of each of the 10 rooms. The bathrooms are separated from the room proper by large panes of glass, and many of the bathrooms feature 2-person luxury baths and body jets in suite showers. Solar hot water is a feature of the hotel. King beds are the standard in every suite and only the finest all natural New Zealand-made toiletries are provided. A host of media options are on display including digital audio and podcasts in every room, flat screen TVs and speakers. All ten rooms share a charming, yet quirky design sensibility. Many rooms have decks overlooking the marina. Ohtel Restaurants & Bars: Chargebacks are available from local restaurants. Ohtel Facilities: The wellness room has an Infared sauna and cardio workout gear. And therapeutic massages and spa treatments are available on site.
