Entering Wanaka from the east or north, along SH-6, go right through the town and out again on McDougall Street. Carry on, onto Cardrona Valley Road and, at the Hotel Grand Mercure, turn right onto Studholme Road, and the Alpine View Lodge is on your left hand side.
From the south (Queenstown), approach Wanaka on Cardrona Valley Road, then go left at Studholme Road (Hotel Grand Mercure). The Lodge is on your left.
