	The Ambeli Overview Fine-dining European style in Mount Victoria, The Ambeli is a family-run, tightly-run ship that elevates good food to a whole new level. Quirkiness and a little eccentricity here goes a long way. A night out at The Ambeli means getting involved. It's always busy and your host, Shae, and Maitre'd, John, will be very noticeable by their distinct garb and vocal command of the restaurant. It's a quaint little place, with a real neighbourhood feel, and the Cypriot influence is obvious both in the decor and the menu, and the way they manage to mix culinary cultures is inspired. Try the Snapper with Cous Cous & Crayfish Aioli or the Duck Galette, just two delicious reasons why this place is so popular.
