By day, Edesia is a chic hang-out for the upmarket shopping crowd - comfy brown sofas are a great place to collapse with the bags and regroup over Bellinis and Bruschetta. At night, though, this place turns into a moody, low-lit, cheeky little den that teases with clever cordon-bleu cooking. Milk-Poached Pork Loin and Sweet Briar Merino Lamb don't escape attention very often, while the vast wine list is just one more reason to bed in here for the evening.
