From the north approaching Christchurch on SH-74, head west through Northcote on Queen Elizabeth II Drive, then at Bishopdale turn left on Harewood Road and follow it all the way down into Merivale where it turns into Papanui Road. The Keo Thai is near the bottom on the left hand side.

From the south, go into Christchurch on SH-75 (Halswell Road) or SH-73 (Port Hills Road), and head for Sydenham Park on Brougham Street. Go north up Montreal Street, all the way to the very top (skirting Cranmer Square). At the top is Bealey Avenue. Bear left along the dual carriageway, get in the right hand lane and go right onto Papanui Road. The Keo Thai is on your right hand side before the car dealership.
