2 hours still waiting

Waiting for more than 2 hours for the food we ordered to be delivered - will it arrive or will it not? when i asked for manager they say no manage when asked for manager Mr Saidi turns up - but still no delivery . They cannot contact the driver , meal will arrive in 10 minutes -- asll sorts of excuses - totally rude and possibly has no clue what is happening .dont make the mistake to order from them

mannerless staff

Most of the KFC joints are manned by ill-mannered staff. These guys cant talk english for nuts but atleast train them to be polite to customers. just happened yesterday at the Darsait Lulu joint we stand for a couple of mintues at one of the counter and then he asks us to move to the otherside. And you wait like 30 minutes just for a small order with one man running around the whole damn place. keep more staff atleast during the peak hours when more customers are expected.

WHAT A DUMB KFC IS THIS.MYSELF AND MY FAMILY MEMEBERS LOVE RIZO.BUT EVRYTIME V GO AND ASK FOR IT THEY SAY 'NO'.KFC IS SO FAMOUS BUT ITS SERVICE IS NOT AT ALL GOOD.FRIST THING TO DO IS PLEASE CHUCK THESE PHILIPENES AND BRING SOMEONE WHO KNWS BETTER ENGLISH.BCZ THEY DNT DNT UNDERSTAND WAT V SAY OR THEY DNT EVN WAIT TIL V ASK THEM SOMTHNG.ND THEIR ENGLISH IS 'GROSS'.

how many times im ordering kfc,im waiting for too long time to deliver,and we recieve incomplete order,smetimes coleslow is missing,nw fries and softdrinks,what is this?we are paying good enough amount,long time i wanted to write a complain about KFC services. but we could'nt find the complain box thats why i decided to wrote in this site.you should nt take advantage to your costumers.

Irresponsible

Service at KFC counters are irresponsible and staff are lethargic. Especially in hypermarkets, the place is not hygenic and the staff take toooo much time to take orders. After wasting time, we can get surprises that the food menu is not complete. I have experienced few times where the colsaw is missing. If we notice and enquire them, they casually reply that they have no stock. The colsaw is worth around 400 baizas and multiplied it with so many customers, it is very obvious that KFC is cheating people's money. We cannot find a suggestion box or any supervisor to handle the situation. KFC SHOULD NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE BUSINESS THEY GET AND TRY TO SERVE THE CUSTOMER FOR THE MONEY THEY GET FROM THEM.

We bought KFC recently twice once for a party and other was a dinner meal box we were surprised to see the coleslow was missing both the time....without the coleslow the dinner felt totally incomplete and we couldnt enjoy the food at all....is the menu discontinued ?anyway customers should intimated about that....But without coleslow KFC is horribble....

Call center service untoward

I call KFC this morning in the office. I usually do this, even a year before. But whenever I call, the call center agent would ask " Is this you first time to call ma'am?" What;s this supposed to mean? I am calling KFC maybe ten times before, and right this moment they will ask.."Is this your first time?" So I ask the agent, "What do you mean? Is this my first time to call ever or you mean is this the first time I call today?" Why they don't change to "Can I get your number please?" and then check in their database if I had previous transactions..

UN satisfaction

my Daughter ordered home delivery around 0830PM and until 1100PM order not delivered.Have call several times 24777777 and answer received was will check with the Driver. this is not acceptable at all and I will make sure that all my friends %26 relatives aware about this situation. We order home delivery due to sudden visit of guest and if you delay the delivery by 02.30 hours what type of quality service you provide to customers.
