Named after a place in Salalah, Ubhar is a local restaurant that specializes in serving local Omani food with a modern touch. The decoration of the restaurant is very vibrant and catchy, as the white and fuchsia combination makes the interior bright. The food served is authentic Omani. The Shuwa is best tried here, with the filling shuwa sandwich. . The other delectable dish that is a must mention is the Salmon fillet wrapped in grape leaves. The soups and crème caramel too serves a good taste. The restaurant is open from 12 noon till 12 midnight.
