Boutique wineries in Ontario are found in the Niagara and Prince Edward County regions. Besides limited product, part of what makes these wineries so distinctive is the individualized attention they give to customers. The often upscale decor doesn't hurt, either, and a boutique winery can sometimes be the best opportunity for wine education.
