Yes, even if it is sweltering in the shade; there have been Irish pubs in Pattaya for many years, serving Guiness and the accompanying healthy 'Farang' food.
Just because you have come round the world on a Jumbo, doesn't been that you have to be deprived of a taste of good British or Irish food. Take a walk to Mulligans, or Paddy's Palms on Koh Chang.
