The Thanyapura Aquatics Academy is offering a swim course to improve technique, efficiency and speed for triathletes and freestyle swimmers. On Days 1 & 2 there's a comprehensive freestyle technique clinic; Day 3 incorporates the technique into training sets and on Day 4, there's a challenge swim session. The cost is 1,500 Baht a day and 5,500 Baht for the four days.
