
	Royale Nam Tok Overview The Royale Nam Tok restaurant has already come a long way. The owners, Marc and Corry, sold their gourmet restaurant in Antwerp, Belgium and shipped the entire contents to their Sino Portuguese Villa in Phuket, and opened up an elegant and sophisticated restaurant with a genteel atmosphere usually found only in the rich country houses of Europe. The cuisine is classic French with an innovative twist, allowing Chef Marc to give free reign in his culinary imagination. The imported and local ingredients are of the highest quality and the menus change monthly. A distinguished list of old and new world wines is complemented by exclusive after dinner drinks. Corry, is the consummate maitre d’, overseeing the front of house with an understated flair. The eclectic mix of European and Asian antiques, statues and silver table settings, reflect the grandeur of a top class establishment, whilst the swimming pool with a lounge terrace gives pause for informality. Dining at Royale Nam Tok is a complete, guest pampering experience-not a casual encounter- and guests enjoy dressing up to suit the occasion.
