Boathouse Wine & Grill OverviewBoathouse Wine & Grill is considered by many as the island’s finest restaurant. From the fantastic location directly on the beach and the stylish interior to the personalised friendly service, the ambiance at the Boathouse is one of relaxed and gracious charm.
The Thai seafood and rock lobster dishes of Executive Chef and Maître Cuisinier de France, Chef Jean-Noël Lumineau are legendary and not to be missed. Only the best Kobe beef and Australian lamb are to be found on the menu. For gourmets there is also a delicious four-course Thai or French degustation menu, which includes a glass of wine with each course.
Over 26 fine wines including champagne can be ordered by the glass; the wine cellar lists a staggering 750 wines to choose from. And even with a 400% tax and import duty slapped on wines, the Boathouse has succeeded in keeping the prices affordable.
Happy Hour from 5 – 7 pm is the perfect time for sun downers in the lounge before dinner. The spectacular sunset is certainly a fitting start of your memorable evening at the Boathouse.
