Served in a coffee cup and with a half lobster tail, the Lobster Cappuccino with salmon ravioli and lemongrass essence is a surprising variation on a delicious soup. Specialities of the house include thin slices of raw Yellow Fin Tuna with white beans vinaigrette and lemon complemented by shallot crisps and te Seared Snow Fish Fillets complemented by saffron and pesto sauce and served with black noodles.
