Modern Italian Restaurant Il Giardino in the splendid Mövenpick Hotel Prague is a dining experience at its very best. Of course it doesn't have the title of Il Gardino for no reason. The walls and decor transport you back to the blindingly white and brightly colured hues of the Italian summer countryside. The interior walls are in fact hand painted landscapes of old Italian coastal villages. But what about the cuisine on offer? Il Gardino offers a wonderfully wide and tasty selection of fine food and wines from regions reflecting all regions and all epochs of Italian life.

Most people's entree comes from some classically Italian source like Tonno Vitellato, Tartar Emiliana, Bruschetta, or Carpaccio Tartufato to name just a few, while soups include delicious offerings such as Acquatotta, Zuppa de Pesce alla Genovese, or Minestrone Calabresa. As for the main course the choices are almost overwhelming in their rangeand quality. All kinds of preparations from Risotto, Ravioli, Spaghetti, Fedelini, Gnocchi, and Papardele prepared in mouthwatering ways are among the pasta selections. Or you could go for fish dishes, meat, or poultry always done in quintessential Italian style. The dessert menu is ever so tempting too with creations like Cannoli, Panna Cotta, and Crema di Cioccolato to look forward to. Enjoy freshly barbecued or smoked delicacies on our open terrace with stunning views of Prague and quiet surroundings. Take a ride away from the city rush in our unique cable car to the executive building of the Mövenpick Hotel Prague, on the top of Mrazovka hill in Prague 5.

Freshly grilled and mildly homemade smoked specialties are served daily from 6 pm till 11 pm.

Various cuts of highest quality meat and fresh fish and seafood are prepared and grilled on our charcoal grill and smoke ovens on the terrace. Choose your seasoning from our variety of homemade spice mixes and delicious sauces.

Every Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Price CZK 990, - per person for regular classical brunch, Price 1250,- for thematic brunch incl. rich buffet, welcome drink, soft drinks, juice, beer, local wine as per offer, coffee and tea.
