The Food Menu which is superb is elegantly assembled and printed in three languages Czech, English, and of course Italian.  The Wine Menu too is also magnificent featuring as it does dozens of splendid wines from Italy along with excellent selections from France, Czech Republic, South Africa, Australia, United States and more countries beside.

One knows that he or she is in for a special dining experience when the Appetiser Menu or in Italian the 'AntiPasti' has such tremendous offerings as Buffalo Mozzarella, or Octopus Carpaccio, or indeed Mussels with Wine, Garlic and Parsley. And this is only a sample. The main course also is particularly brilliant and Pasta dishes like Linguine with Prawns, or Ravioli with Smoked Salmon will really tempt you. Many people however just love a real meat dish and at Bilkova13 you will really be spoiled for choice with Tuscan Bull Beef, Calf Liver with Onions, Veal with Prosciutto and Sage, Roasted Rabbit with Wild Mushrooms, and Lamb Chops with herbs all vying for your attention. And it doesn't end at that for there are also light and healthy Salads delightfully prepared containing Seafood, or Chicken Liver, or Crispy Bacon, or Parmesan Cheese. it is all up to you. At Bilkova 13 there are many Risotto and Gnocchi specialities, and of course they also do some of the tastiest and finest Fish dishes imaginable. Why not go for Squid, or Needle Coriander, Salmon, Tuna, or Calamari.. Yes, all of these and more are on the amazing Fish Menu.

As already mentioned Bilkova 13 restaurant really believes that an outstanding meal requires an exquisite wine and to this end the wines on offer are hard to beat. The well-informed staff will be delighted to guide and inform you of wines which you may not have tasted before and will also recommend you which wine should go perfectly with your meal choice. Perhaps in fact you may like to go one step further and try a celebratory Champagne. They have some of the best here like Prestige de Sanger Sanger or Eugenie Louise. Bilkova 13 is open daily right through till midnight. Reservations are recommended and appreciated. It has both smoking and non-smoking areas and all major credit cards are welcome.
