The Bed Restaurant has finally arrived in Prague and what a fabulous and unique arrival it is. This place brings comfort and luxury to a whole new level. Absolutely beautifully lit and enticing when viewed from the outside, the experience is ready to get a whole lot better once you enter. Just waiting for you are just the most pristinely white, soft cushioned beds and couches for the absolute ultimate in winding down and taking it easy. Come with your  friends, or better again with a loved one and enjoy the feeling of being in paradise.  Surrounded, as you are, in a kind of light purple glow the whole affair seems almost sinful, certainly heavenly. And then soothing your ears is gentle background music to complete the pleasure for all of your senses. Now, exceptionally tempting as it may be to fall asleep for blissful hours that will have to wait as this restaurant wants to offer you the very best of their food and drink.

CUISINE AND SPECIAL OFFERS:

The cuisine is really created with delicacies in mind served up as they are upon the most attractive of dishes. Primarily the inspirational dishes have an international or European feel especially the truly delicious Soups and light Hors d'œuvres be they hot or cold. Move on then to a main course and choose carefully. Some of the meat dishes are quite magnificent and whether it be beef or mutton you select it will be done every bit as rare or medium to well done as you request. To go with it maybe take on one of their delicious and fresh and healthy salads. Finally at Bed Lounge they have waiting for your temptation a gorgeous selection of really wonderful desserts that really hit the mark.

SPECIAL ATTRACTIONS:

The maestro behind so many of the inspirational dishes is none other than Miroslav Zezulka, a well travelled chef who has made his own the wonderful cuisine of France and Italy. Some of his creative delights really have to be tasted to be believed and to go with them you cannot go wrong with some superb wines many of them derived from France and Italy too. But there is much more than that with Chile, Argentina and Australia represented on the wine list too, as well of course as the best from Moravia and Bohemia here at home. many people are swayed by the remarkable array of cocktails to be chosen from, many with very exotic names indeed like a Bellini “de Luxe”, or how about a Kir Royal “de Dijon”, or a Mimosa. Cocktails and wines apart there are still an almost unlimited choice in other beverages like whiskeys, vodkas, rums, gins and if you really want to go for it some unforgettable champagnes.

The bed lounge actually incorporates two floors, one being the visible one which lures and entices you from street level, but they also have another one upstairs. Be sure to try it out too especially if the ground level area looks full. The location of the Bed Lounge is so easy to be found just a few footsteps around the corner from the Irish and English bars which stand together there on the corner of Old Town Square diagonally opposite the Old Town Hall where the lengthy Dlouha St joins the Old Town Square. The people at Bed Lounge also do a really super Happy Hour daily until 7.00 in the evening with a range of juicy and delightful cocktails all costing just CZK 99,- each. Don't miss it!
