At Mlsná Zirafa they draw upon a broad range of foodstuffs for their cuisine and set as their motto to always look for the very freshest and best quality of natural ingredients. It needs to be stressed that one of their real specialities is called Palacinka - or in english this would be understood as a 'sweet pancake' filled with any of a wonderful variety of fruit fillings. This sweet pancake has been certified by the Coeliac Society of the Czech Republic as completely harmless and edible for coeliac sufferers. The cuisine here is also prepared in such a way that diabetics can take part in it also. Now pancakes aren't the only highlight at Mlsná Zirafa, they also do superb baguettes, salads, and pastas.

ATMOSPHERE AND STYLE:

The mood and style at Mlsná Zirafa is undoubtedly all very friendly and enjoyable and the interior has the appearance of a very tidy and well-maintained home. There are play areas both indoors and outdoors that would best suit children of up to about ten years of age. For when they get thirsty there is a remarkably broad number of hot and cold drinks they can help to make and enjoy including Kofola, Top and Topic, Juice snap, Capri Sun, and loads of others. For adults who really need a beverage they can choose from a lovely assortment of wines, beers and non alcoholic as well as alcohol containing cocktails, not to mention Teas, Coffees, Grog, and Mulled Wine.
